Wohlfert Craft Distilling are the makers of the world’s best apple liqueur, their coffee liqueurs, rated the best made in the US, and flavored vodka, also world class winners of numerous highly respected awards. You’ll get up close to all the equipment, learn how it all works. John will take you through the steps and answer any questions you may have about the manufacturing process for both spirits as well as the base syrups they make which garner so much attention. You’ll also get the rare opportunity to taste spirit at 14 different stages of the distillation process, proofed down so you can sample it. Few people other than distillers, know these tastes that are so vital in making great spirits.
